Ajiaco, a traditional Colombian chicken soup. There is something different about this soup. Indeed, there is something, a herb called guascas, a native mountain herb with an aroma somewhere in between bay leaf, catnip, and parsley, adding a distinct and unique flavor. Ingredients: Chicken breast, chicken stock, potato, corn, guascas, capers, salt. GLUTEN FREE.
