Colombian Empanadas El Mana x 5 units -(Uncooked)
Frying Empanadas:
1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large, deep skillet to 350°F
2. Carefully place the empanadas into the hot oil, a few at a time, and fry until golden brown, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
3. Use a slotted spoon to remove the empanadas and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
4. Serve the empanadas warm with your favourite dipping salsa
