Smoked Pork Tenderloins * 2 (Lomo al Barril)

2 pork tenderloins smoked in a charcoal barrel. Unique flavour, fully cooked. Just need to be warmed up for a couple of minutes or slice it at room temperature. 

Ingredients: pork tenderloin, spices

Weight:  2 tenderloins - 800 gr / 1 kilo

Chef’s Tip: slice it thin and enjoy in a sandwich or wrap. Use it as a cold meat for a unique appetizer. Cut thick and place it in the air fryer for approx. 3 minutes, serve.
